What we do know is this: he's a charming, sophisticated man of the Mediterranean coast who carries recipes on postcards and memories of his seaside trattoria. Mysterious enough to keep you curious, yet warm enough to make you feel like famiglia from the moment you meet.

Picture glimpses of his world - mentions of coastal memories, favourite wines, and the secrets that Aunty Maria and Uncle Tony shared from their kitchen. Those lessons, those techniques, those carefully guarded family recipes handed down through generations - they all found their way into stories that eventually made the journey to Warsaw.

Ask For Alonzo began its adventure in Hong Kong, where six successful locations established our reputation for delivering genuine Italian hospitality in cosmopolitan settings. Founded by the Deadly Rabbits Concepts group, our expansion to Warsaw represents a cultural bridge connecting proven hospitality concepts with Poland's rapidly evolving culinary landscape.

This marks our first European venue, bringing upper casual positioning and Italian trattoria authenticity to Varso Tower whilst maintaining the famiglia spirit that defines our brand. We've evolved from our fast casual roots in Hong Kong to create an upper casual dining experience perfectly suited to Warsaw's professionals.
